Frog Bog (released as Frogs and Flies on Atari 2600) was released by Mattel Electronics in 1982 and developed by APH Technological Consulting. You are one of two frogs sitting on two lily pads in the middle of a pond. You have to jump from one lily pad to the other and try to catch the insects which fly across the pond with your tongue. In doing that you have to be carfeul not to fall into the water since getting back to your lily pad will cost you valuable time. The frog who has caught the most insects after a three minute time limit has won the game. A nice touch is the changing of the times of day from morning through midday and afternoon to night time which makes it harder to see the oncoming insects.

Simple gameplay concept with some nice visuals.

this one was actually very cute and charming! jumping around is clumsy but not frustrating. the computer player is surprisingly well balanced, for some moments it felt like i was actually playing with another fallible human being. Using the sunset as the game timer is very clever, and the firefly buzzing in to announce game end was cute. This is indeed the best frog eat flies game on the atari 2600, frog pond can suck it

Dá pra passar o tempo. Exatamente 4 minutos, no meu caso.

good but the sound gives me a headache
