Shu Takumi is one of those people in gaming who deserves the right to do whatever the hell he wants, and this is proof. Instead of just coasting off the Ace Attorney series at the peak of its popularity, he comes out with an entirely different kind of point and click visual novel. The art style and character design is so charming (I love how all the villains are blue) and I would love to see this series get acknowledged again. What I’m saying is to put Missile in the next MvC game Capcom (I know the ace attorney Missile was in 3).
A cute mystery puzzle game with funky music and characters. I had never played the original on DS, but I felt that the Nintendo Switch controls worked just fine and didn't feel weird. The story had some good plot twists towards the 75% mark and through the end of the game that I didn't see coming at all. The story wraps itself up nicely (albeit a little too quickly) and I felt that the length of the game in terms of gameplay was good. Too many more puzzle sequences and it would've felt repetitive or boring.
