You take on the role of the main character, who happens to fall into Gamindustri and is immediately hired by one of the four CPUs-Neptune, Noire, Blanc, and Vert-to be their producer and manage their idol careers. Get your training wheels on, ladies, because a new producer is in town and the fate of Gamindustri hangs in the balance! Will you be able to properly raise these CPUs into idols, or will their citizens be stolen away from them by the popular idol group MOB-48!? Teach these girls to sing, dance, and properly promote themselves to the general populace thanks in part to your expertise in training video game idols back on Earth. As the girls' popularity rises, they will be able to join one another in singing duets, or maybe even come together for a full ensemble!

Wish this was on PC, I missed one event for vert and couldn't figure out how to get it so I never actually finished it. I did like it though. Feels like Idolm@ster

This game does not exist. Even to Compile Heart. Really bad soulless "rhythm game/Idol sim" Really just a glorified smartphone alarm app before that was a thing

Also you play as a guy

Ironic Title Because This Is The Far, FAR From Perfection

Disappointing for a neptunia idol game. Mostly character interaction based as I don't remember stats or numbers really playing any part of anything, and the lives themselves I think are less rhythm games or stat checks but more how well you can set off the stage effects??? Game doesn't really do a good job explaining that part. Really this game is more dating simulator where you interact with the nep girls than it is idol raising sim, so if you are in the extremely small group of people that wanna date some moeblob video game consoles boy do I have the video game for you.

I liked it when I was deep into my idol phase, man idk I was 12. It's just like the most generic anime girls.

This game is repetitive, lacks any real depth, and is pretty much just one big meta joke. Like if you are looking for an actual idol game, this is not it. You get like 5 songs in total to deal with, a very small set of dance moves, and a lackluster set of visionals. Honestly dancing in this game feels more like a punishment then something actually worth doing, but I suppose that's what this game is underlining as part of the criticism for it. Like Nepuntia has always been a meta driven series mostly talking to the player about the game industry as a whole rather than what is really happening on the screen, and Producing Perfection really does well to establish the real game is going through the routes and learning more about the girls rather than being a good idol manger. If you don't mind going through some painful idol segments and just want to nep nep with the girls, this is a game worth exploring, but important to remember that this is barely a game to began with.
