I spent hours on this game.

Unfortunately I also spent cash on this…. Why? idk I just loved KH (at the time). I really wish there was a way to go back and see all the medals you collected over the years.

I am the number one Union χ lover. If there are 100 Union χ lovers, I'm one of them. If there's 10 Union χ lovers, you'll see me there. If there's one Union χ lover, it's me. If there are no Union χ lovers, then I'm fucking dead.
It's a shitty fucking shame that they pulled the plug on this right when it started getting good but you know, Square Enix is Square Enix. C'est la vie. Miss you, Ephemer.

Imagine coming up with this story and creating these interesting characters only to be told its gonna be a mobile game

boring as hell go watch a youtube video if you wanna experience it

Garbage gacha 90% filler and 10% of actual interesting story. Now you can only play the cutscenes, and I guess that's for the best. Towards the end they managed to make fillers possible to skip so I thought that it was the perfect chance to get the last final mission before it shut down.
Did I made it? Even after having the most ridiculously powerful medals I barely managed to get towards the end of the Wreck-it Ralph world and kept dying and dying to a random final heartless (right after King Candy battle).
I really really fucking tried to reach the final boss and beat it. Would have been satisfying since I played this gacha since day one and kept dropping/occasionally returning at it.
But nope. It just started my passionate hate towards gachas in general.

Not to mention that if this game was supposed to make KH III more mindblowning at the end, well...it does half the job right since now anything left from here will be milked with KH IV, Missing Link and whatever the hell Nomura will come up with.

Unfortunately this game was already shut down by the time I tried to play it, but maybe I should say fortunately. Reddit tells me it took almost 300 missions to even get to the title screen in game.
It was a mobile game. It was a gacha game. It was meant to be grindy, to waste your time, and try and encourage you to spend money.
Now all that being said, people do still love the story, and I must admit it was fun to see the world before the keyblade war and understand why it happened. In my opinion though, they still left a few holes that made me feel pretty lost, and like watching six hours of cutscenes on youtube might have been a BIT of a waste of time.
I do wish square would create a movie for it so at least we could have that and people wouldn't have to go download a dead app so they can view the cutscenes in a theater mode.
