Kirby's Block Ball is a delightful twist on the classic Breakout formula. Instead of a paddle, you control Kirby himself, bouncing and inhaling to clear stages of blocks. The game offers numerous power-ups, creatively designed levels, and a sprinkle of Kirby charm. While the core gameplay remains simple, later levels provide satisfying challenge, and its addictive score-chasing elements add replay value.

I don't think adding time pressure and mandatory 100% completion to an otherwise perfectly functional breakout clone was a good idea

Played this on 3DS Virtual Console. I don't remember too much but it was pretty solid and I had fun with it.

Really great music and a fun breakout clone with a Kirby skin. Unfortunately, the level layout on 3-2 was too vexing for me to play any further. I could only watch my ball bounce in the same pattern for so long without any ability to impact its course.

all i remember about this game is playing it on the way to my grandparents on my 3ds and throwing up and then never playing it again. i think i liked it though

Playing on the 3DS Virtual Console, cleared the Border Line on every stage, and fought the true final boss. As far as breakout clones go, this one is fairly creative, but I will probably not be replaying it anytime soon. The soundtrack, however, is one of my favorites; I will always enjoying relistening to it.
