A port of Minecraft: Pocket Edition
Minecraft is a game about placing blocks and going on adventures. Only playable on the New Nintendo 3DS series. Explore randomly‐generated worlds and build amazing things from the simplest of homes to the grandest of castles. Play in Creative Mode with unlimited resources or mine deep into the world in survival mode, crafting weapons and armor to fend off the dangerous mobs.

This isn't the ideal way to play Minecraft
solid and nostalgic version of the game, just plagued with bugs and long loading times. c-stick camera controls are surprisingly easy to get used to compared to how much people complain about them, but it does result in generally slower reaction times (though this can be a plus in replicating the feel of a first time playthrough for someone otherwise extremely familiar with minecraft). i don’t know if this is just a homebrewed 3DS issue, but autosaves just crash the game lmao, so make sure to manual save when the countdown starts
Played for about 20 minutes and the horrible c stick movement told me everything I needed to know about this port and saved myself from what would have been a more agonizing experience
C-stick for camera movement may be the worst control decision ever made.
Minecraft on the 3DS doesn’t run very good. Although it makes sense! I do like the concept with the two screens, but I would rather play it on the Nintendo Switch or on my PS5!
