It's a compilation of 4 Mahjongg games this person made.
The first game is normal Mahjohngg, 2D tilesets.
The second game is Mahjongg but the tiles are 3D. You have the ability to load different tilesets for this, and there are like 280 different tileset files that come with it.
The third game is Mahjongg but the tiles are like inner tubes.
The fourth game is Mahjongg but the tiles are spheres, which also have different tilesets you can load.

All these modes share the ability to load different background images for your pleasure, possibly custom ones. There is also music control options that let you skip to the next, or previous midi song. You can also look at the "Music info" and it loads up like a music player that tells you where you are in the song, and the song length. Tells you other general information and lets you pick which song to play out of the options they have available (each of the 4 games have different songs to choose from, but often repeat some).

Anyways, as I said many times before, it's Mahjongg. It has that shovelware 90's swag though.
