didn’t play this one until i was an adult because it looked boring and my gut instinct was right

OTHER FIRST NANCY GAME I PLAYED!!!! first one i finished :)
i love the vibe. opening the secret passages for the first time....ill remember forever.
katie and jenna exes real

Fun one I missed out on as a kid, but when I finally got the chance to play it I really enjoyed it. Not much to say here. Like the characters and mystery.
Don't forget to wear a helmet when riding a bicycle.

Nancy absolutely fucking hates Katie Firestone, just refuses to talk to her. My tipping point was solving the wood specialist's puzzle several times and getting answer phone only, then learning you have to call her literally in front of the microscope or else it doesn't work.

honestly kinda disappointing gameplay and plot wise but they really nailed the atmosphere and music. there's a wild goose chase series of puzzles and riddles in the middle of it that's only really tangentially connected to the story and it goes on a little too long for my taste. also for a game that has an orca on the boxart and has a plot centered around an orca the orca is barely actually in it at all like they could've had it occasionally show up while you're out kayaking or maybe you could sometimes see it out in the distance while you're near the water but there's only like 3 scenes that the orca appears in and those scenes are each like 15 seconds max smh my head!! also also why does the girl at the cafe keep letting me have free clam chowder no wonder she's running out of clams!!!!! 5/10 needs more orca + i'm craving clam chowder now god dammit
