Secretary of State Vince Hadden brings in Gabe, Lian, and Mujari to testify in Congress about their relationship to the Agency. He considers all three to be guilty and questions them after they assassinate Shi-Hao from a hotel in Japan. The three do not realize that Hadden is involved in the conspiracy, and is looking for scapegoats.

One of the best PS1 games I have ever played!
Best levels in the series. But the story is torn apart
I have really fond memories of this game. As a child, I played the multiplayer A LOT with my neighbor.

The final in the Syphonfilter trilogy. Arguably the weakest entry in terms of story, but some of the best in terms of level design and content. In this entry, Logan has retired from fighting the agency and terrorists (defeating them in the previous games) but is now under criminal investigation accused of treason. The levels revolve around flashbacks of the past, testimonies of the various witnesses to the case, leading up to the final conclusion. Solid Syphonfilter game.
