The Building 71 Incident is pretty solid. A very solid indie horror game. The ending to this game, how it uses its music, and sound design, how the sound at the end actually started to shake my headphones is genuinely impressive, and one of my favorite indie horror games to use sound.
Everything else is good, I love the VHS aesthetic, and the game is VERY Outlast like, though that isn't an issue since I love Outlast. This is a must play free indie horror game.
Overall: 7/10

Although it uses a few tropes I find uninteresting, the game is mysterious and has a very oppressive atmosphere, and I actually really like how the game forces you to progress through the cutting of the tape which can leave you wondering what you aren't seeing. And that is a very interesting question; considering how much the tape shows, what did the police decide to cut, and why?
