This Trails iteration holds a special place in my heart as a personal favorite. The narrative aspect captivates me entirely, drawing me into its world with an irresistible charm. Unlike many other games that tend to include excessive filler content, this one remains remarkably streamlined. The plot itself stands as a cornerstone, intricately woven into the lore of the game, highlighting its utmost significance.
While it's true that the gameplay might not reach the pinnacle of perfection, it's worth mentioning that the sheer brilliance of the story overshadows any shortcomings. It's just super fun.

Finally completed the last game in the trilogy and I can say with confidence that I've become a fan of the series.
Darker than the previous two games, The 3rd Evolution shines light in one of the most interesting character from the last game and seems to foreshadow a lot of things to come.
While most of the cast returns, there are a new additions to your playable party and as always, the interaction between them feels natural and joyful.
The only negative with the game is that the gama feels more constrained and repetitive in its locations due the nature of the story. However, the "Door" system really helps to expand and know more about the characters as well as not feel the maps as repetivite.
Overall, a great RPG with good story, an amazing cast and that seems to setup the next chapters.

Features some of the best character writing in not only the Sky trilogy but the entire Kiseki series and ties up all the loose ends from the first 2 games while serving as a victory lap for the Liberl arc's amazing cast. Sadly it's held back pretty massively by the fact that it's a completely linear game in terms of both progression and its narrative, the latter of which is just mostly a long form version of Kevin's character arc. A good game but sadly it's not the proper RPG it deserved to be.
