Maybe the most exciting Bishi Bashi has been as a single-player experience. The escalating ranking system in the new Bishi Bashi Tower mode forces you to play better each round until you hit your breaking point, and the addition of the yellow button is a great twist that puts a final exclamation point on every minigame. As a multiplayer experience, Bishi Bashi Tower is cooperative, which is fun but maybe less compelling than the frantic head-to-head action in previous Bishi Bashi games.
