In Virocop you enter the Gamedisk, a virtual holiday theme park that is under the threat of destruction of viruses. Your job is to take control of a virocop, D.A.V.E. (Digital Armoured Virus Exterminator) and eliminate the enemies before it's too late. The levels are split into worlds with four levels each, and each world has its own theme. For example the first world is sport themed so you will drive over football fields, billiard tables and racing courses.

A rather cute little shooter game that I feel is really ignored as a whole by the gaming community at large (mostly thanks to its Amiga-exclusivity likely). At its core its pretty basic but firing through levels based off sports, medieval kingdoms and computer innards feels utterly charming. The pretty simple but well executed controls caps it all off perfectly.

Sure, as I mentioned, its a little on the basic side and some of the theming charm does wear off as the game reaches the latter half but it still doesnt stop this from being a neat little thing.
