This is an objectively better game than its predecessor , but I honestly preferred Arkham Asylum.
Sometimes smaller more focused linear games are a better experience than open for the sake of open. The ‘freedom’ caused the atmosphere and game direction to fall short compared to Asylum.
Other than that, very well written with great characters once again.

Yeah okay, I get why everyone loves this game. But while opening the game up into an open world is cool, it just doesn't have the same appeal to me as the first games tight maze
