Honestly I don't think there's anything negative I can say about this game aside from the beginning being a tiny bit slow and some characters(Ren and Aelita) being kind of boring and not very good respectively but as the game progresses and the writing improves more and more with each chapter both characters also improve and eventually become just as well written as the other well written characters in the game. When the story starts to improve it always hits hard and I can't think of a single moment where it truly missed unlike Pokemon Reborn.
As for gameplay as this game is a Pokemon Reborn inspired fangame it's easy to compare it to Reborn so I'll be doing that.
Rejuvenation does everything Reborn does but much better with additions like Audino trainers to help alleviate the grinding a lot making it much easier to level up new team members for major battles which is something you'll need to do often that was a long grindy hassle in Reborn but not here. The battles are also much more fair while still being very hard similar to Reborn but as I said before Rejuvenation does everything Reborn does but better and that also applies for the battles too. It also features the same field system as Reborn with a lot of new fields and effects added that add much more depth and strategy to the combat compared to Reborn and especially the main series games.
The game also features a large myriad of side quests that while not required all have their own story lines that are all as solid as the main story of the game and even reward you with powerful items that will help you a lot with tough battles and even some slight alterations to future moments in the story as a way to reward the players for going out of their way to do the side quests.
The game also features some fantastic music by GlitchxCity and has some really good songs composed just for Rejuvenation that I found myself listening to quite a lot after finishing what is currently released of the game.
I HIGHLY recommend this to any Pokemon fan looking for a harder game or casual players who just want to experience a great story with well written and likeable characters on casual mode

This is probably my favorite Pokémon game of all time, and it's mostly because it never made me feel like what I was doing was pointless. The writers actually seemed to care about the story in this game, compared to other where the story is just a reason to move the player to the next gym battle.
It's characters are also just very well written, in many fangames I find that a lot of the MC's allies are just uninteresting to actively annoying but rejuvenation manages to almost completely step around that. There are characters that I do find to be very annoying, but MOST of them do actually get character development or manage to grow on me. The characters aren't all perfect of course, one of the characters is acknowledged by the game to be completely irrelevant to the main story, maybe it's something to be changed in future versions but I'm not sure. Devs also seem to just have taken a character from Umineko too, Kanon in Umineko is a magical servant who believes that his nr 1 priority in life is to serve his master, and Kanon in rejuvenation is a magical servant who believes that his nr 1 priority is to serve his master.
The story does have some flaws too. Some of the villains are just irrationally evil, but only sometimes. An example is Neved, who tortures a teenager because her dad was rude to him, otherwise Neved is a pretty rational person and one of the more "good" people in the evil team. And for most of the current content you will have absolutely no idea what the goal of the evil team even is.
Overall though, the game is great. Maybe it's because I have played it so much, but if I were to tell a person to only play one pokemon game, this would be it.

Fuckin amazing so far, have not played the most recent patch and honestly picking up a 100+ hour rpg isn't in the cards rn, but I know I will come back and play it. Do it. Now.

This is the peak of Pokemon fangames. Field effects, charms, and Aevian forms, all make for an incredibly interesting and fresh combat system. The tile setting makes it one of the most beautiful pixelated Pokemon games. The story is absolutely incredible with the lengths it's willing to go for a Pokemon game, especially for the evil route. Characters like Melia, Aelita, and Keta are such well-written and dynamic characters. Rejuvenation feels fresh every time I replay it.
Played this when I was a kid, don't know if it ever finished, but I remember getting to where they stopped developing it at the time. It was a phenomenal fangame, and I might revisit it at one point.

This. This fan game is something Special. Story wise its not bad but can get uh...out there later on but to me thats what makes it interesting and does more with Pokemon then GF ever have and ever will. Love it and look forward to the final version
