This is where my love for pinball originated, and the sound effects alone are hugely nostalgic for me. It might even be precisely for the nostalgic value that this pinball game has that I like pinball to begin with. I played it a ton when I was young, was terrible at it, but still quite a bit of fun when I had nothing better to do!
For a single pinball table, it's pretty solid. The theming is consistent, the layout is interesting, and the missions are varied. I only wish I was good enough at it to make it to the higher-level ones more often. From my brief exposure to the rest of Full Tilt Pinball, it definitely seems like Space Cadet was the best of its tables.
That cover image doesn't ring a bell but I used to play this as a kid. It was a free game that came with most computers and it was catchy because of its colors and lights. It wasn't particularly impressive but it was memorable, in a time where it was harder to obtain games.
I still remember the sounds of this game.
