why on earth did I have this

I enjoyed as kid, I remenber some parts were the gameplay was broken, but it was still playable, something weird in this class of games were companies didn't care to much about it

Nostalgic PSX game.

I loved this as a kid, as i bought the action man toys growing up, so it was eXtremely (haha) cool to see the toys i had come to life and speak and be presented alongside a neat, espionage/action game.

Nostalgia aside, it's a surprisingly varied and competent game with good visuals for the time, a decent soundtrack, and a nice mix of top-down micro machines-ish vehicle sections, mixed with semi-stealth/combat 3rd person bits.

Mix of driving, stealth and shooting gameplay. Pretty difficult for a game aimed at children.

I haven't played this in a good number of years, it was no doubt quite clunky, but I enjoyed it because I liked the variety of missions it had. Fairly simple but fun.
