Ahhhh my childhood. Replaying this again was fun! Despite being on 'hard' mode I blasted through the story mode in just a few hours and then played for a bit in free mode. Still very enjoyable. My only complaints is that your citizens require SO MANY goods and even on free mode with around 10 islands under my command I was still struggling to meet needs.

A decent city-builder which encourages sea exploration to find resources which grow your civilisation. City building and management is good but the combat with pirates and other civs is extremely basic. Colonialism is fun!
