Short game with cute characters and great story.
It needs two playthroughs to get the true ending, but you can finish each playthrough in like 10 ~ 15 hours, so that's not a problem!
My favourite Atelier game

Couldn't quite sink my teeth into the gameplay loop. might revisit another game in the series, but this is the kind of game I need to sit down with a comprehensive wiki open in one tab, which doesn't exist for this game.

Meh gameplay and performance and glitches didn’t help.

Too frustrating and strict for its own good, but I kinda like it all the same. Managing an entire town isn't really a successful idea, but it really appealed to teen me, and the cast is really endearing.

The gameplay is not really my style but I was OBSESSED with the characters after playing. I don't know what it was about it, but I remember the characters and the story being very charming! Never got around to playing any other of the more polished/popular Atelier entries, but maybe one day.

very solid and charming entry, looved the facility management (even tho i had to savescum a lot to save days ack) it has such a good cast w so many layers. i got 2 endings (best and grandmaster alchemist) maybe ill go back to get more but getting adventurer and stuff will require some planning. also its really easy which makes it a good start. im gonna miss this as my before bed game

I played this game for a single session that lasted like four hours and then never picked it up again. I probably shouldn't have played it as my first game in the series.

Not bad, definitely more than I was expecting from a side game. It was genuinely fun to play, and I enjoyed myself!

What stops me from rating it higher is that I wish the battle system had been a little more complex, and not relied on overly-powerful offensive enemies to make the fights more challenging. I didn’t even need items most of the game, which is kind of a miss in Atelier.

Also, I wouldn’t have known how to get the true ending had I not looked it up. You can literally miss out on it from missing an event or two. Just a gaming pet peeve of mine…read the summaries for the rest of the endings, and it looks like all but the true ending are downers, which kind of sucks.

Overall, I enjoyed this, the setting, and characters! Pick it up if you like Atelier, but don’t start here.

Interesting little game with a charming cast, but it asks a lot of you very quickly, which can make it difficult to get in to.
