I fear what I become when I play this

It's not bad, but man it is lacking. What is (right now) a very solid sandbox works as intended, but for me, there is very little to do past say 4-5 fight modes or so, because from there, and exploring the map, there is little else the game has right now. The gameplay and mechanics are very good don't get me wrong, but as I am playing through Steam Family right now I have literally no reason to buy the game, im not interested in doing so until the game itself has an actual gamemode after 5 years. While at the end of the day it is the best feeling VR title out, that does not make it something I can find myself spending hours playing as of now.

Brings out your inner psychopath. A good game to get some anger out and honestly get a pretty good workout. Fun and very versatile. One of my favorite VR games.

super fun and sometimes makes me question if im a safe person to be around

As far as VR games go, honestly there's only so many good ones. This one is good. It's a very freeform game, you just swing melee weapons around and kill NPCs. But said melee weapon swinging is very immersive: your weapons have weight and momentum, armor will block certain weapons, and the AI is getting better at fighting over and over. In theory an update next year will have a story mode where you unlock and store weapons in your house for some actual progression instead of just sandboxery, which I'm very excited for. But even now, the game is very worth a purchase if you have a headset!

So much freedom, many violence lol. Mods add so much to the game - appreciate that mod support. Shelved 'til I get my own PC, and sticking with Nomad for now.

Best played with mods but still fun

the definitive star wars vr experience

Really love this game! Its fun to play around with the physics and the modding community is always putting out good stuff. The worst part is easily the optimization, but that could just be my PC, I've just noticed it getting harder to run with each update.

i have over 90 hours so i guess its a little fun

U10 review - while the game is starting to get real content now in the way of dungeons, B&S is really a base for the mods that make the game as wonderful as it is. While that's not necessarily a bad thing, it should be considered before buying.

B&S does a good job of implementing solid physics without letting it be a hinderance to the game, and if I ever really just want to vent without getting 20 to life it is there for me... but in the end it's a wave fighter with not much happening without mods. Huge recommend if you're okay with that.

Must have vr game especially if you are a psychopath just get mods

have the game since "lauch" and watch in how it evolves, it is the best sword fighting physik simulator in vr, but the ai is kinda dumb, the dungeons are lackluster and there is no progression system (yet)... the updates are also kinda slow...

you WILL look like a fucking sicko playing this and that's a guarantee

Super well curated sword fighting (with magic) VR experience. It does the VR thing where it's pretty one dimensional, but it is really good about the one thing it does. Haven't tried out mod support but that adds a whole new dimension of sandbox elements I can't wait to try out.

This game is a test to see if you're a psychopath

big choppy physics satisfying

Mods make this game so good, you can have a lightsaber or a grappling hook, this game is one of my favorite VR games even without mods though.

very excited for the full release

One of the best VR games. I might need to see a therapist

hahhaahaa yess killing blood maiming violence hahaaha

An excellent way to live out the urge to beat droves of people to death, sadly it lacks content so boredom isn't uncommon.

Jogo muito bom e viciante. Minha unica reclamação é a falta de conteudo, mas de resto é muito divertido

i stabbed someone through the mouth with a demon slayer sword and it stuck out behind them i think this game makes me a bit violent

This game is awesome, even with bugs. Also how are you meant to hate a VR combat game with extremely customizable mods? I can smash a dudes skull in with Mjolnir and then shove Gael's Greatsword up their ass.

this game was an eye opener. i learned much about myself i would rather not have.
