Cotton 2 but less fun and way more bullshit, it becomes incredibly cheap and annoying by stage 5 where it just turns into a bullet hell with claustrophobic level design.
Just stick with Cotton 2.

Was mid. Way too hard even for a shmup.

Quite fun and I really love the visual style (I also very much appreciate the Rewind feature a lot!)
