slightly more enjoyable than the original especially in co-op, better finale and the added content is pretty fun

Dead Rising 2: Yellow Version

It's just 2 again but with Frank headcanoning himself as the protagonist, some side quests have been removed, replaced and added. It's a good game for sure but I prefer Chuck for this story. They made the AI dumber than 2s AI for some reason.

Certainly a ton of quality of life improvements over the original Dead Rising 2, but none of the charm. Frank himself is fine, but the changes made to the story in order to swap him in completely ruin it. They'd be better off just going all in with the unlimited-time sandbox mode rather than rehashing the story. The new area is nice enough, but really doesn't add much.

Dead Rising 2 was so good that they decided to redo the story with Frank West instead. Really cool twist on the original release and might be even better.

O jogo traz tudo que um fã de jogos descompromissados pode querer. Tem horas à fio de diversão e zumbis pra matar, além do modo história, tem o modo infinito que me entreteve por meses. Nada melhor do que matar um zumbi com um dildo.

A história não se leva a sério, ela tenta ser mais divertida do que qualquer coisa, mas mesmo assim é rejogável e possui vários finais que dependem da forma como você joga as missões principais.

Off the Record is a better version of Dead Rising 2. In terms of gameplay is less rough and annoying than the original, which is appreciated. Also if you played the first version of the game there are some plotwist that are great.

I'm not saying this is the RE of the 7th Gen or anything, far from it, but that On-Top-Of-Their-Game-Capcom-Flavor where the story and characters can just go jump off a window, but the tense gameplay systems and decisions keep you hooked is still there.
