An incredibly nostalgic game and has the anime's ost which is great. Unfortunately the game has some amateur flaws like the difficulty curve towards the end of the game where you almost have no resources to use against bosses which in this game are a huge damage sponge.

The game is good for those who are a big fan of Digimon Adventure like I am and are already used to Jrpg.

Fun way to revisit the original anime, with the opportunity to get the rest of the Chosen Children's Ultimate-stage Digimon (Hououmon, HerakleKabuterimon, etc) being a nice bonus

Good re-telling of the story with great fanservice (side stories throughout the game, anyone who isn't Tai/Taichi or Matt/Yamato finally gets their Mega digimon, and you can use Omnimon/Omegamon in New Game + which is pretty raw. Sadly the game is a generic dungeon crawler with tanky bosses. I played up to the Dark Masters arc but never beat it. I'd like to one day just to finish what I started, but it'll be tough.

Fanservice turned base, if you're a fan you should try it.

Cannot rate because nostalgia from the anime. Except the city episodes (which I saw when I was playing this) everything is pretty similar, except the final area.
