This is the edition I have and unfortunately though the game's been kind of ruined for me due to people I used to be friends with, I genuinely still do love it a lot and consider it one, if not the best, MMO available nowadays. It's got a friendly and active community and it's taught me a lot about playing all kinds of MMO classes, especially my main which is White Mage. Also you can make catboys and catgirls and bunny people and big buff lion men and little evil gremlins known as lalafells so you should definetely play if that sounds up your alley.
Completed the MSQ up to Shadowbringers. Still have tons of extra content to explore. This game will take over your life if you let it. Don't be me.
possibly the best mmorpg
a game that surpassed WoW and that is no easy feat. Great gameplay great world and lore great online comments and events and playing with friends is so much fun to play.

Tiene la mejor jugabilidad, la mejor ost y sin duda, la mejor historia (y eso que solo hablo del juego base).
Aunque no os gusten los mmo, si os gustan las buenas historias y los mundos abiertos, este es vuestro juego. Llegados a cierto punto, incluso puedes jugar todo el contenido del juego solo sin problemas.

I put too much time into this game
was dashing through the MSQ and doing an admirable job progressing through FFXIV Stormblood like a good little worm until I finally reached a point where I had to organize my full inventory to proceed and the mere thought of doing so was so agonizing that I dropped the game entirely, perhaps forever
