The added adventuring aspect in this sequel is incredibly dull.

Bit of a change of format and no mistake. Gone is the single screen Karate Champ clone, in its place is a scrolling adventure with one-on-one beat-em up elements. Need a map to get enjoyment out of, and it's pretty unforgiving with its difficulty.
