Amazing time, wasnt as good as og fornite obviously but memoris were created and this season re egnited my love for fornite although ive lost my spark for frotnite again with chapter 5.

As someone who played from Season 1 all the way up to season 6 or 7 consistently this just didn't click with me. The nostalgia was nice for a small while but in the end I dropped it towards the 2nd week
This was the most fun I’ve ever had, the end event was incredibly done, and the feelings of nostalgia playing with my old chapter 1 squads the whole season was so refreshing because we basically gave up during the time the game seemed lost.

It was fine. Felt like they wanted to appease Chapter 1 purists but didn't go all the way in making it feel like Chapter 1, creating a disjointed mess that didn't know what it wanted to be.

I said I was done with Fortnite, but I couldn't resist. The old map. How long did we wait? And a simple loot pool. How long did we wait? It almost doesn't feel real now that it's over. Battle pass was far from great but so what? Who cares? It felt like Fortnite again. Splendid! And the end of season event was pretty damn good too. Sure, they could have left out some things like the grapple glove, but this a season like this was a long time comin', and I'm very interested in how they're going to bring back something like this in the future. God bless OG Fortnite.

One of the best Fortnite seasons in a long time for obvious reasons. The first couple of updates were cool, but it felt like during the final couple of weeks of the season, Epic got lazy with the updates and had to rush it so they can release chapter 5. It felt like seasons 8 and 9 had barely any content coming back to the OG season. especially season 9, there was literally nothing.
TBH tho this was the most fun I have ever had playing Fortnite and I do wish they could bring this back permanently or as its own permanent mode just like Zero Build. I had a lot of fun.

the first two weeks were truly amazing for someone like me who started right around season 6, but as someone who loved 7-X more I felt kinda cheated. they didn't update the map or give us any of the gimmicks in full. felt hollow. finished the battle pass and all the quests and milestones though. sorry

The nostalgia blindness is crazy. Decent but kinda boring map, super shitty loot pool, and so many sweaty ass players that you couldn’t even have the bit of fun that was there.
They brought planes back I was never happier.

honestly really frustrating at times lmao. old map is good but i personally prefer the ch3 map and given that they had most of the updated movement in an older map it felt pretty annoying to traverse. zero build was also actively miserable on this map and pretty fucking annoying, forcing people to use ziplines was not a great idea. however the final event was fire as fuck and i still enjoyed most of this season thanks to a ton of friends playing with me

A pretty good return to form. After the previous seasons seemed to complicate the formula a little bit too much, having a back to basics approach for this season was a breath of fresh air. I kinda wished the season added a lil bit more but for what we got, I’m satisfied.
would’ve gave this a 5/5 if it weren’t for that end event 💀💀💀 way too short and was essentially just a giant ad with no substance, eminem should’ve had like 10 minutes of time in the event at least imo. server issues that epic can never seem to fix for some reason made it even worse.
anyways this season was really great. it’s no surprise that i didn’t like chapter 4 that much at all so getting to go back to the map that i made some of the best memories on during late elementary/middle school was awesome. think this was the most fortnite i’ve played in years. og pass was really great, just wish it was cheaper instead of normal price since it was like half the size of a regular pass. og loot pool still the best in the whole game i think
