These maps are a little funny but my doctor said they were okay. Best way to play is with a perpetual Zandronum server for you and your buddies to chip away at and track. That is to say, if you're absent for a map you won't be missing anything. Only use this to catalyze some group fun.

A mixed bag for the most part, where most of the levels are frustratingly designed. I'm not going to lie, I had to cheat on most of these levels because the map design was so confusing that it had me wondering around for 20 minutes. The most fun I had in this wad was MAP23 "Showdown" by Milo Casali, which was a slaughter map (and I usually hate slaughter maps). But compared to the rest of the wad, that level was competently laid out and I could figure out where to go. One thing I will give this wad though, is the music is pretty catchy.

Shelved it after about 10 levels. If this were designed for a solo player, I'd give it a 2/5, but given that it's 27 years old and was intended for co-op play, I'm calling it a 3 instead. There has been plenty of evolution since this point, and it shows. Difficulty-wise, I'd put the levels I played between TNT & Plutonia, but much closer to TNT.

This is probably the first non-official mega-wad to be considered a classic by the Doom community. Released in 1995 (A few months before TNT:Evilution and The Plutonia Project), this wad features maps by many different level designers, most notably Tom Mustaine and the Casali brothers. It's also noteworthy for it's design specially planned for cooperative playing.

I know this must have been incredible in 1995, but by today standards, i feel like most of the levels in this wad are a hit and miss in their own. Like, most of the maps here aren't necessarily bad but for some reason they never get to be actually good maps. Many of them for being just another example of "good ideas with a poor execution".

I actually had fun between maps 17-21. That was a nice set of maps in my opinion. Maps 23 and 26 are also very nice. Map 25 deserves to be deleted from every disk in the universe, it's existence should be completely erased.
