At first I was going to pass on this one, since I didn't know the source materials and the art style, while not bad, looked a bit simpler than what I generally like. After some reviews talking positively about it, I decided to give it an opportunity, so I watched bits of the season 1 of the anime and started the game.
In general I enjoyed playing/reading it, although I fear that some flagship tropes of the series overstayed its welcome to the point that they got in the way of my enjoyment of the game. To be fair, I got this feeling in the anime too, and the density of characters on a single scene dropping one-line reactions to Catarina reinforced this effect.
Romance was light-hearted, which was consistent with the characters, but it always tended to resolve in similar ways.
Switching to the positives, the main characters and the two game-specific LIs were likeable (if a bit one-dimensional), and romance resolution aside I appreciated that the plot for each of the routes felt quite different from route to route. It kept me engaged all the time.
Music was good (not sure if it was taken from the anime or if it was original), even if a bit more variation would have been welcome.
Route/LI by order of enjoyment:
Silva > Alan > Rozy > Geordo / Nicol > Keith
I'd rate it with a 6.5/10, but to fit Backloggd I'm rounding it up.

Any otome game player who is a fan of hamefura should get this game. If you haven't watched the anime, go do that now because it's going to make some references of the events that took place in season 1. No need to watch the second season because the game takes place after season 1.

If your favourite is Geordo (he's my fav), get ready to give him the biggest F in every route other than his own.
