An excellent Zelda game, a fantastic experience. Probably my favorite DS game, overshadowed by Okami and of course, other not so good Zelda titles in the DS.

This game really doesn't need to exist. Okami was fine as a standalone entry. There was no need for a sequel. As a sequel, this game doesn't always succeed. Drawing is made more easy with the touchscreen controls, but the actual story is riddled with holes. Combat is shallow and the camera is abysmal.

Chibiterasu is adorable.

Was very positively surprised by this game
I love Kagu very very much

I can’t say Okamiden stands on its own, but when played after Okami, it’s a game that wets the appetite of those that wanted more from Okami. While a lot of the game is stuck in Okami’s shadow, it still offers exactly what Okami offered, and really that’s enough to give it a play. Also chibitersu is cute, so what’s not to love.

One of the rare games where I am filled with nostalgia but can still recognize the game's many problems.

The best DS Zelda game, Okamiden manages to trim the fat off of Okami while still providing an excellent follow up to that title, with wonderful characters and a great selection of dungeons and bosses.

Why does Backloggd have two entries for this game?

Honestly, better than it probably deserves to be.
