Just wanted to use this to say that I recently realised that the situation with Persona 5 and its fandom is kinda like Fortnite. The actual game is decent, or in Persona 5’s case, really fucking good, but the fandom gives the game and sane fans an awful image to the hatedom.
P5Royal added a third semester to the game along with some nice quality of life mechanics.
99% of Royal is the exact same as in the original though so don't bother playing one if you have already played the other.
The third semester while awkwardly implemented, is all right.
While these are all nice improvements, they are not worth it to pay full price a second time.
