An obvious improvement on Crystal, but it still doesn't fix many of Johto's glaring issues

hack rom legal, adiciona várias QoL pro crystal. me permitiu fazer um mononormal bom e tive uma run boa no jogo. melhor este do que o crystal vanilla, porém, existem hack roms mais completas
