I think I understand people's problem with the Wily Stages in this game after playing the difficult mode. The dragon can kill you in one hit, the blocks do 1/3 of damage to your life-bar, and the Boobeam trap is a bit more annoying (can't put my finger on it, but there has to be something).
The robot master stages are excellent though. Might need to replay of the normal mode to see if its as good as I remember.
Since its basically the same game, I wont add a star rating.

É melhor que o primeiro pois é jogável e não tem aquele level design maligno, apesar da existência do Boobeam trap

The Japanese version is way too hard for me. The points are for the looks and the awesome soundtrack.

zerado dnv, bom, evolução natural do primeiro, level design melhor, comandos mais responsivos, bosses mais carismáticos e com padrões mais interessantes, música pra mim aqui é o ápice da saga clássica embora nenhum jogo decaia o nível da ost, de longe tirando o 11 é talvez ou primeiro ou segundo preferido, isso aqui é a elite.

Jogo bem mais jogável e divertido do que o anterior, mas que ainda tem uns problemas de level design (principalmente nas ultimas fases que é bem ruim).

E tem a arma mais apelona possivel, que é a Metal Blade.
