Compared to the higher version of SimCity 2000, SimCity 3000 does offer a lot more compared to each others base games. Unlimited adds some new themed building, scenarios, and basically some of everything in the game. Although while nice, the only disappointing factor here, comes in that Building Architect Tool. Yet again this is a nice addition, to edit and create your own buildings adding lots to the games experience. But, this is nothing but exactly what was including in the special addition of 2000, nothing new, nothing more. Overall, a better game, but not by a lot.
Just say 'fuck it' and deploy the UFOs.

SimCity 3000 is like an expansion, with improved graphics, of the already incredible 2000.
Age does weigh it down, though. Don't expect to find here all the hundreds of road layout options that exist in SimCity 4: Rush Hour or Cities Skylines.
However, the game delivers a good level of fun and challenge within its limitations. In 1999, there was nothing like it.
