You can skip the 1 minute and 40 second long cutscene in Stage EX by pressing S, holding S until the dialogue box fades, then pressing S again. You're welcome!
The entire Suguri series plays like no other shmup I've seen and this is easily the best among them. Fantastic music, fast paced gameplay that has you dashing everywhere and tough as nails difficulty make this my favorite shmup by far.
