An improvement in almost every way over the first game. The combat expands with a power that consumes magic in exchange for invincibility, the platformer is still a son of a bitch but depending on the situation it's not that bad, the maps are better (the change to 3d from the exteriors is especially flattering imo) . The story follows the same line as the original but is darker. The variety in general has skyrocketed and the secondary content has increased marginally. It is curious to see how now there are several ways to do the same thing. The combat is perhaps a bit more difficult and sometimes progressing is not as obvious as in the original. Linearity works against the game. Being able to manage saves and having an autosave are great advantages but I've had a hard time adjusting to the save system (as with all other games lmao)

A minha maior obsessão de jogador. Twinsen é um jogo de ação-e-aventura da época em que os desenvolvedores ainda não tinham firmado convenções firmes de coisas que dão certo. Ele tem controles de tanque, como Resident, mas uma aventura mais cheia de combate e plataforma. Essa parte envelheceu como leite. O que é mais legal no Twinsen é a riqueza de detalhes (todos os ambientes tem NPCs com loops de animação ricos detalhando suas atividades, de um jeito que o mundo fica parecendo muito vivo). Parece que eles empolgaram com a ideia de fazer um mundo virtual 3D MUITO REAL, antecipando ações do jogador e respondendo-nas, e deu certo. Ainda hoje é um game que eu acho que dá aulas de como fazer cidades em RPGs.
