You can tell this is an old mod because of the poor map design and racist caricatures. The gameplay isn't the worst I've ever experienced in a Half-Life mod but good god is this game a chore to sit through. Unless you're like me and you just want to play every Half-Life mod out there, do not bother with this piece of shit.
