If you've got the wits to navigate through source code of websites and learn the mechanics you're gonna have fun. I enjoyed delving into the various killer mechanics and uncovering how they were structured. Loved exploring the eerie disgusting darkweb links. Very satisfying to finish! 🔑

this is the horror version of cat mario and i hate that such a great premise is wasted on a rage game
Clunky, weirdly way way WAY too hard, and downright tedious.
I will give it this however, it sometimes provides some awesomely scary moments but that's overshadowed by the bullshit management system.

I was listening to LMFAO - Party Rock Anthem on the in game browser just vibin and then BOOM! door bust down, im flash banged and FBI is busting in the crib. I have severe PTSD from this experience.
though the gameplay itself is horrible it's actually a pretty creative way of telling people that the deep web is pretty dangerous
The first game was better. Too much shit going on at once, and ridiculously tedious and hard.
I didn't try the first one when I played this so it was sooo confusing. I'd say start with the first one and if you like it, you're welcome to the party. Unsettling and uncozy for sure.

There's a good game in here somewhere but sadly it's held back by unfair mechanics and no proper checkpoint/save system. If you lose, that's it. Game over, start again. This is incredibly frustrating when just learning the games basics can take hours and when you finally get off the ground it's a slow grind and getting randomly instakilled and forced to start over really hampers the experience. I get what it's going for but it just doesn't succeed at it.
This game is full of bullshit because the game doesn't tell you how to defend yourself. I had to refer to the wiki to figure out how to stop the police from tracking you and eventually arresting you. Apparently they track your IP, so you have to switch your WIFI network quite often. To do this you need to hack into other WIFI networks as they are far more safe compared to free networks. Just by looking at the wiki article on how to hack just one network confuses me and it is honestly hilarious yet idiotic that you are told none of this in the actual game. Only God knows how a player is supposed to know any of this without consulting the wiki. The developer who is an asshole from what I've seen also has a self-insert character who is the leader of this Deep-web Cult who kidnapped a girl and live-streamed her murder. Talk about a power trip huh.
I personally like it but I find it hard to say anything too nice about it.
