Essentially acting as a expansion pack for the already superb Armageddon, World Party throws in a couple of extra content into the mix including some new missions and the biggest new addition to the series - the Wormpot which allows you to customise the game with all sorts of different varying conditions (for example you could combine Moon Gravity so that the worms can jump higher and have the weapons do more damage than normal), changing up each round of strategic mayhem.

It's just still just as entertainingly good as Armageddon was but if you're not too interested with some of this stuff then chalk it down to 4 stars.

Played this on PC. I got a friend that even made his own comics on Worms World Party.

To this day, one of the only games I have modded. I dubbed over all the worm voices with my bad napoleon dynamite impression lol.

This is probably the best Worms game (although since Armageddon is near-identical you'd do just as well to play that one). We used to have this installed on a computer at my old job; everyone had their own team and we'd play hotseat matches over lunch. Good times.

One of the only games that my whole family likes (Well, the ones that are around my age), so it's a personal favourite and extremely nostalgic.

So many weapons, so many options. If only they added the hats from modern games, it would be perfect.

I never had Armageddon as a kid but it's basically the same game with a few updates, but over the years the developes have updated Armageddon more than this one, so many consider that one better. I'm used to this one and I only play local, so I don't care.

Worms World Party is a great game to play with friends and family or well at least it was.

What's good?

The game features a really good level creator (not featured in the GBA version).

The action is faster paced which is good as MOST worms games can fall on the slower side of action.

Games are quick and easy to set up, most worms games can take a bit of setting up to play properly.

What's bad?

The game physically for PC doesn't work anytime (I've tried several times and the title screen is miscoloured and doesn't work past that point).

The game's mechanics by design are made to be a bit frustrating (something featured in all worms games) so even taking 1 damage on your turn before you do anything ends your turn.

The GBA version lacks a lot of features and is simpler, but it's alright for on the go.

The GBA version takes about 15 seconds to bootup due to a bunch of logos of companies who worked on the game.

Overall, this is a fun party game for multiplayer in person, but by itself it's just okay.

Creo que la saga Worms no ha podido superar aún a este juego, fue su Opera Magna.

Hey, its me. Im just doing some grapple hook gymnastics around a series of corners to drop off this stick of dynamite next to "Count Fudge" and then slinging back to my safe corner on the other side of the map. See ya.

One of the best Worms games I've played even before knowing it was another version of Armageddon. This one lacked music at the time but it mostly made up for it with teams of more worms, more dialogue variation and an overall great multiplayer experience... that I used to simulate playing against myself :(

The ultimate gaming mastermind with fun and swag weapons to destroy little worms with and ruin friendships
I used to play this a long time ago and I wish I still can play it like before
