Admittedly my expectations were lowered when creating an account begins by asking you whether you live in "Mainland China" or "Other." Google then refuses to let you sign in because it doesn't recognize the source. (Judging by the Steam forums this seems to be a recent bug.)
But joke's on me for being judgemental because this is actually a pretty solid two-button rhythm game. The music is the kind of fast-paced East Asian electronic mush you'd expect, often with a dubstep twist, which, I dunno, maybe China's just now getting around to that? The other thing you'd probably expect is how it treats its female cast. Far as I can tell, if you care about getting high scores, the skimpiest outfit is also the one with the biggest score bonus.
All I've done is unlock the coolest-looking fully-clothed character and zone out for a while at a time, and I'm enjoying it.
