i have a love hate relationship with this game. i don't even think i can elaborate on my feelings more than that.

oh akatsuki u will always be in my heart but anyway fuck this game it's so grindy i was a victim for ages. endless grinding and aching hands and how many times have i uninstalled this fuckass game. special mode pisses me off cus these songs are unplayable but anyways. the songs are great characters too but i hate this game
played the original since it came out in 2015, then they decided to say fuck you to the playerbase and made all the cards useless. at least they split it so people can still play w/o the rhythm game aspect so they don't get fucking carpal tunnel from a mobile cute boy jpeg collection gambling game. still not gonna touch it though

so i normally don't review games on this site,but i have to review this.
if u enjoy anime,and/or rythym games,i HIGHLY reccomend this game. its such a good game.
i will say though for me personally it will lag every so often,and i will have to restart the app,meaning i lose BP. but its still such a good game. the stories and voice acting is very well done. idk about everyone,but so far for the most part the VA's from the games do the voices for the characters in the anime as well.
the songs in the game are also very well done and there are several songs that i favorited cause of how good they are.
it is a very addicting game. if u enjoy anime,and/or music based games,i would give the game a go,and try it out.

ive played this game for 2.5 years and ive probably spent like a collective $300 (including merch) on it... it consumed my life. nevertheless the characters are charming and nuanced, and the writing can be so thoughtful and genuine. i recommend reading the stories, especially the older ones! just stay away from the gacha if u value ur sanity
