I can say after being done with my lunatic 1cc that this is my favorite Touhou Fangame, and I have played a huge amount of them (am talking about the shmup ones).
It's short, fast paced, no gimmicks and quick to the point but full of charm throughout the entire experience. Dialogue is full of joke banter with original characters and some already existing ones some people might recognize but it doesn't shy away from getting a little more serious in the omake and bad endings.
The artstyle is gorgeous and I suggest to anyone that enjoys it to look up the game dev on twitter (@oligarchomp). The OST is absolutely incredible with compositions from multiple artists, I honestly can't think of one that I don't like (and it's sort of shocking how the game is free despite that).
The danmaku stage patterns are all fun to dodge though the stages rely a lot on memorization and taking down enemies fast before they fill the screen which a lot of people may not like, but all the boss patterns are incredibly original and fun.
Some complaints I do have with the game is how most of the time you will not be able to reach PoC (you can still get all point extends without problems but it can be annoying to constantly have points you can't get floating around) and how extremely gimmicky some specific extra boss spells are.
