I'm a huge fan of well-crafted walking sims when I'm in a certain mood. The game looks and sounds great, being aesthetically very pleasing. However, it has this huge problem of making the biggest possible mistake a walking sim game can make: It makes player to read tons of A4's to tell the story instead of letting the player to "feel" the environment that has a story to tell.

The whole genre is based on telling the story visually by seeing the environment or details in it while supporting this with audio in different ways.

I love to pause the gameplay and read a piece of lore in many other games, but in a walking sim, it just ruins the whole point and potential of audiovisual ways to tell the story.

Didn't enjoy this at all. There was so little to interact with and the story lacked any punch whatsoever. Beautiful graphics though.
