Outside a few visual bugs, the gameplay experience was fairly okay. Regarding the story, well - there are a lot of things it does right and also a lot of things that it doesn't. Many of the plotlines feel like reiteration of existing batman media. Although the presentation generally does the storylines justice, sometimes it just falls flat. Many animations look unpolished. The voice acting is phenomenal but again, it's sometimes let down by the animations. It is also not all that consistent - some parts feel like a drag whereas some parts feel horribly rushed, especially episode 5. Episodes 3 and 4 strike the best balance in my opinion. What this game does exceptionally well is the portrayal of Bruce Wayne and the situations the player is put in while they're in his shoes. Overall, this game's a mixed bag but still enjoyable, especially for a batman fan.

Un po' buggato, ma buon inizio.

I would give anything to get a third one of these, just a fun Batman tale, bit janky given their engine was showing its age by this point. But I still enjoyed it.

Not bad at all. The story was engaging with likeable characters and I had a good time. I feel like I like Batman stuff more because of this game which I would never expect.

My most noticeable negative is that I thought the Jokers voice actor was pretty bad and even cringe, his model was odd and just everything about him felt off. He's probably the worst portrayal of Joker I've seen other than Jared Leto's. Two face on the other hand was great and I liked seeing his transformation to develop the split personality. Penguin was also unique and it was refreshing to not see him again as a bald stinky midget.

I wish the game had decisions that actually matter, I did everything I could to save Two-Face and prevent him from becoming evil but the game just wouldn't let me, everything happens as planned regardless and you don't have much control, other than a few minor changes such as how a character likes you more than another or different dialogue options. Because of this, it's not very repayable but I was still very much entertained so I can move past this. TWD Telltales games are the exact same way and some of my favorite games I've ever played, so I can't really criticize one over the other.

I'm looking forward to playing the sequel.

I'm a fan of the classic Telltale formula and this is a solid Batman story. It's fine.

Honestly, I expected this to be pretty bad. Even if I really like Telltale, based on what people said this felt like it would be their downfall. But to my surprise this was a REALLY entertaining experience. Let me just say first of all that on games like this, Telltale or anything like it, I really don't care about gameplay. I play them solely for the story.

That said, this was actually a surprisingly audacious and creative take on a Batman story. It went mostly the opposite way of what you might expect from the classic "orphan billionaire turned bat-vigilante" story. Yeah it has some familiar elements, but I would actually argue that Telltale's writers were pretty bold in major aspects and still made justice to the source material. Yeah it has its corny moments, but c'mon, it's a fucking superhero story. The ending though was a bit awkward as it tried to create hype for the 2nd season. Most of the final moments actually felt like an edgy PS2 game, but the journey towards them was pretty good, and at times, actually kinda brilliant.

If this was a movie or a TV show, with better pacing and great directing, I'm sure a whole lot more people would dig it.

eu acho o enemy within bem melhor, apesar de n gostar da ideia da familia wayne ser corrupta o jogo é legalzinho mas tem q lembrar q telltale caga pra suas escolhas independente do q vc faça, empresa do caralho.

I enjoy the telltale games and this game was another good one. I love this version of batman he has a lot of good moments and emotion and it feels more impactful since you decide what you say or do. The graphics are mediocre at best but the characters are fantastic and a big strong point of the game. A big reason the game works so well is just because of its simple batman story. It isn't anything incredibly unique but it is just a regular pretty fun batman story and I love batman so it works out. Overall pretty good game and ill play the second series sometime soon. 7/10

Reviewing every game i've fully completed #57

Why’d Batman choose that? Is he stupid?

gostei bastante! jogo bem legal que conta uma história de um batman diferente, cheio de emoções

felizmente não confiei na vicky vale, a mídia sempre mente

Pretty alright. Nothing super special.

3.5 / 5.
A decent story coupled with below par gameplay though I can't say I didn't expect it.
Bruce and Harvey's relationship is easily the best part of the game.

Did you press the correct arrow key in enough time Batman?

If you like Telltale, you'll like this.

personally, i love inserting myself into the narrative.

A really rad batman experience that I really loved all throughout some fun twists and turns but in general a great game.
