It's basically a standalone Doom mod meant to be used as freeware Doom and it's compatible with every mod available (or at least the ones I've used). It's kinda pointless now since Doom can be acquired very easily but I guess it does fit well with mods like Space Hunter and Metroid Dreadnought.
