Ozymandias is another in a recent trend of 'bite-sized' Civ clones. Meant to be played fast while still providing interesting and deep Civ-like gameplay.
To me Ozymandias falls short. There's just not enough meat on the bone to keep your attention and there are no truly interesting new mechanics. I also don't feel the DLC it's pushed is any interesting either. I enjoyed Hexarchy much more for the same pricepoint and I still have qualms with that one! Ozymandias is competent but it's an easy skip, even on sale.
