Well this is certainly a unique one if nothing else. A series of "what the hell is happening" minigames including some shoddy isometric bits. The music is haunting and unsettling, the visuals are weird, and the entire thing just feels like a fever dream. It doesn't come together all that well, but certainly worth experiencing.
