Pit-Fighter on the Game Boy is a valiant attempt to bring the arcade experience to a handheld, but it falls short. The tiny screen makes it incredibly difficult to distinguish the fighters, leading to clumsy and frustrating gameplay. Hit detection feels imprecise, and the controls lack the responsiveness needed for a fighting game. While it retains some of the arcade's digitized characters, the overall experience feels like a blurry, chaotic mess.

another funny fighting game for bad reason lol

This game's not all that great to begin with, but the SNES is really not the way to play it.

The digitized visuals foretell the coming of Mortal Kombat, and that's about where the interesting bits about this end. Awful combat, bad animations (due to the digitized images) and just three fighters to pick from.
