Sonic Pinball Party is a short and alright game. If you have ever played Pokemon Pinball: Ruby and Sapphire this game is similar to that in terms of how the pinball board feels. The game is just classic pinball fun, despite that however there are some shortcomings. For one, the game mostly reuses music from other games, but just more crunchy since it's on the Game Boy Advance. Some of the boards are very hard to read, especially since this game is on a Game Boy Advance and there isn't much screen real estate. Getting as mant points as possible is fun however. The boards being not just from sonic but also other sega games is very great, and you can see many little additions that fans would appreciate seeing. The story mode is just the arcade mode, however this time you have to complete challenges to progress. The story mode is not at all worth playing especially since you don't get to retry at all, so if you lose you have to start at the very beginning. Overall, Sonic Pinball Party is an alright game that can be fun, but also frustrating.
