First person survival horror maze game with... a T-Rex. It does an ok job at keeping a very basic premise suspenseful, but the complete lack of audio hurts it.

For 1981, this game is great! Such a charming and fun little experience. I didn't expect this game to feel creepy but the lack of any music or sound effects combined with the text cues and small jump scares made this a fantastic game to jumpstart the horror genre. I recommend giving this a try to see where horror games really started!

Very memorable and distinct for a 2nd gen game. Both one of the first survival horror and dinosaur games. Sometimes the game will put the escape exit right in front of you, sometimes it will be literally unwinnable cause it blocks the exit off. The warnings about the dinosaur's position were made to avoid jumpscaring people, but they also have the effect of making the general gameplay more tense. The simplistic graphics do sometimes mean navigation feels extremely confusing and the game's not really the sort you can bust out graph paper for.

the first and last fun horror game

Esto tiene tanta pinta de algo que jugaria Mordecai y Rigby

I screamed when the t-rex popped up, and woke up my dad. Thanks, 3D Monster Maze!
