Reviews from

My girlfriend kicked my ass in this

I'll feel like echoing some of the other reviews here feels correct - it's Wii Sports but without the soul. I'm not sure exactly what achieved that, but it does feel lacking compared to the entries on the Wii.

I also think the variety of games didn't help. Bowling is a must and is still fun to play, but it does seem a little odd to have three different net games (Tennis, Badminton, Volleyball). I believe the experience would've been improved with some other options from games past (Baseball, Basketball, etc.)

This game is just garbage in comparison to Wii Sports and WSR.

Had potential, should've been saved for Switch 2

disappointing.

it’s not terrible, nor is it bad. but it lacks so much character that gave the series its status to begin with

Shit got me seething. Garbage ass game. They trying so hard to make some quick bullshit to take money from Wii nostalgia and it worked on me. I bought this bullshit thinking "Well at least they still got Miis. And they added new game modes and online." but damn this shit sucked. The new game modes are pretty inconsequential compared to Wii Sports and Resort. Plus it essentially has barley any single player content. It fully relies on you loving the multiplayer. Which I'll admit is fun for like a couple of hours. Nintendo do better. Billion dollar company.

im in such a workout slump i have to play this to keep moving :'( volleyball makes me feel like im throwing my shoulder out

it was fun for a while and some of the outfits were really cute

Esse jogo infelizmente deixa a desejar se compararmos ele com Wii Sports e Wii Sports Resort. Mas dá pra se divertir sim, principalmente jogando online.

I had a ton of fun playing this game with my friend one night. I've never once had a desire to play again.

i dont know how you whitewash wii sports but by god they did it

To me, this is a good evolution of Wii Sports. The soccer and swordfighting are great additions, and the bowling is as great as ever. Online makes the game!

It surprised me.
I’m going to get away from the comparison between this and wii games for a while.
You have to look deeply in this game to get the essence.
I bought it, played offline once or twice and just let it inside the case for the past months.

This weekend I was staying home and then I suddenly wanted to play it. Just to check it out. Played once or twice offline and then decided to play online.

And there it is my friends. This game was 100% made for an online experience. All the effort is here. They aimed for a modern online game. Kinda spicy from nintendo.
And it worked for me.
Played tons of golf, discovered that there is a ranked games system and here I am, enjoying a game that is good, but way different from Wii Sports.

Will they launch a switch sports resort for switch 2? Wouldn’t be a bad idea!

Played at a friend's house for 5 minutes and I remember we were like, "Man I remember the good old days when it was Wii Sports." If that's not enough for you, I don't know what is.

The miis are not miis and theres no baseball horrible game, got my hopes up and crushed them :(

gee i don't know if i love or hate this game. There is so much unused potential the games world design is so cool and interesting but let me just fucking explore spocco square dude. Only 7 sports too like are you for real??? gimme wii sports resort HD with free roam please.

you also could have just ported wii sports resort, nintendo

It ain't Wii Sports, but it ain't too bad either.

deixou muito a desejar, me diverti muito jogando e ate hoje divertido na verdade, mas falta esportes

Fine, could use a lot more games. I like the characters but I think they should have went full into miis

Um dos mais fracos entre esportes desse estilo. Apesar de termos modalidades diferentes ele se torna cansativo depois de duas horas de jogo, pois falta prêmios, desafios e até mesmo uma comunidade mais ativa para jogar junto.

every match in every game feels the same, even bowling
i guess one of my sibling finds it fun though

Not at the levels of Wii Sports but I like the online mode and the customisation
